Mā'ili Beach, - Beschreibung

Who drives along the Leeward coast of Oahu will be overwhelmed by the beauty of the mountains and the turquoise sea. There are endless parks on this side of the island, and one of the most beautiful is definitely Mā'ili Beach,. It is a long green stretch of land along the coast which if full of palm trees and it is usually not crowded.

At Mā'ili Beach, you can walk endlessly in the soft sand and admire the beauty of nature. The sea can often be rough, depending on the season.

Tourists are less likely to be seen here but on weekends you can meet Hawaiian families at a barbecue and get an authentic insight into the hustle and bustle of the islanders.

If you like, you can also pitch your tent at this beach with a permit.

Ein Spaziergang an diesem langen und wunderschönen Strandabschnitt sollte man in jedem Fall machen, wenn man an der Leeward Coast ist. Hier kann man definitiv dem Trubel an anderen Stellen der Insel entgehen und so richtig abschalten.
